My friend was in denial, he did not want to recognise his 70th birthday. So what better than a birthday balloon!! It was perfect! - arrived on the day, in a box marked ‘Fragile’ bringing a huge smile to his face - which he has not stopped talking about since. Wonderful!

Had a few issues on my end and with delivery however they sorted it out almost immediately & we're absolutely amazing.

I ordered 5 balloons all bunched together for a certain date which was fine all delivered on time and driver polite.However when i opened the box 3 of the balloons were not fully inflated and it was disappointing as they were for a 70th birthday.

Balloon Monkey are FANTASTIC! My grandson was so excited with his balloon, but enjoyed the box even more!! Thanks for a great service would highly recommend

Ordered yesterday afternoon just before the cut off time and balloons were delivered to my Mum for her 70th birthday at 9 am this morning! Absolutely brilliant reliable service! DPD courier used therefore could track the delivery. Mum loves the balloons and free sweets! Will definitely use Balloon Monkey again. Thanks so much ?

Ordered from Australia in the evening & they were delivered before 9:00 am in London the following morning.The balloon size & picture quality were good so very happy with the service.

Just terrible.
If you want crying and disappointed kids at their birthday party, followed offensive and aggressive excuses from customer service the next day, then please buy from these people.

If not, go elsewhere.

Ordered a printed balloon plus a selection of other various shaped ones for my partner's 70th birthday & had them sent directly to the restaurant. No hassle when I decided to vary the design after the initial order, all sorted on line very quickly.

I received balloon monkey balloons delivered on my birthday. It was the best surprise, so when my brother in law had his 70th, I ordered 3 bespoke balloons, they were delivered exactly as Id hoped for and created so much joy. Thank you so much. Very very happy.

Ordered balloons from Balloon Monkey and realised I had forgotten to add my name to the gift card. I e-mailed Chloe their customer adviser who within a very short time had answered, fixed and informed me that everything was sorted. Considering it was Bank Holiday I was so impressed by her efficiency. Fantastic would recommend Balloon Monkey to everyone wanting a good reliable and efficient company.

We had three team events in Reigate, Manchester and Glasgow to celebrate the launch of a new product and ordered branded balloons from Balloon Monkey. The service was excellent with both Zoe and Chloe going out of their way to assist us. Thank you to the Balloon Monkey team. I received a message to say DPD tried to deliver to our Manchester office but we weren't there (we were) and Chloe sort this out immediately. The quality of the balloons, with our own branding was fantastic.
